This Privacy Statement was developed by Elit Taxi LLC (hereinafter - "We").
We pay great attention to the confidentiality of your data. This Privacy Statement explains which personal information we collect and how we use that information. Please see the summary below. We make every effort to keep your personal information safe.
This Privacy Statement applies to all information we collect through the mobile application "Elit Taxi" for iOS and Android (hereinafter - "Mobile Applications") and Web portal: (hereinafter-"Portal").
We may change this Privacy Statement from time to time. We recommend that you check this page regularly to stay informed of the latest changes. If you do not agree to this Privacy Statement, we ask you to refrain from using our services or Mobile application.
This Privacy Statement is written in Ukrainian, but is available for review in Russian and English. In case of inconsistency between the terms of this document in Ukrainian and its translation into Russian and English, only the Ukrainian version of the document has legal effect.

What personal information do we collect?
Personal data that you provide to us:
- We collect and use the data you provide to us. This information may include: name, e-mail address, phone number, postal address and other information that you may provide to us when you complete the registration form in the Mobile Application or on the Portal, or when you complete your profile;
- We collect your data also in cases where you need to contact our customer support;
- The transfer of your confidential information takes place using https protocol and is transmitted only to our servers and resources (for example https://m.elit-taxi.ua);
- You can send us feedback, share your opinion or ask for help in the process of using the services of the Mobile Application or Portal.

Personal data that we collect automatically.
We may automatically collect certain data, including your IP address, date and time when you used our services, hardware and software information, and the Internet browser you use, and information about the operating system of your computer or mobile device, such as the application version and language settings. We may also collect information about the clicks and pages that we have shown you.
If you use a mobile device, we may receive information identifying that device, its settings and characteristics, location data, program malfunction and other system operations. When you make an order through a Mobile Application or Portal, our system records by what means and through which sites it was made or fixes the site from which you accessed the Mobile Applications or the Portal site.
Our Mobile Applications can access a various services and mobile device data, including but not limited to: phone calls, location and external storage devices (memory cards). In any case, such access is not granted without your consent.

Important information about platform permissions
Most mobile platforms (iOS, Android, etc.) have certain types of device data that applications can not access without your consent. These platforms use different authorization systems to obtain your consent. The iOS operating system will warn you when the Elit Taxi application requests permission to access certain data for the first time, and will allow you to agree (or disagree) to this request. Android devices will notify you of the permissions requested by the Elit Taxi application before you use the application for the first time, and your use of the application will indicate your consent.

Use of information
We may use the information we collect about you for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain and improve our services, including, for example, sending receipts, providing the services you order (and sending relevant information), developing new functions, providing support to users and drivers, developing securit tools, authenticating users, sending product updates and service messages;
- For internal operations, for example, to prevent fraud and abuse of our services; to correct software errors and technical problems;for data analysis, testing and research; and to monitor and analyze usage and trends;
- To send messages or to facilitate communication between you and the driver of the type of message about the approximate arrival time;
- To personalize and improve the services, including providing or recommending functions, content, social contacts, tips or advertisements.
- For communication. We may contact you with other questions by e-mail, telephone and message, depending on the type of contact information you have shared with us. We also make every effort to process all requests that you send us.
Using Mobile Services:
A mobile application can access various services and mobile device data, including but not limited to phone calls, location, and external storage devices (memory cards). Access to mobile device services is only possible if you provide your consent.
- "Phone calls" section: access to this section is required so that we can call you for assistance with orders. We do not transfer data on phone calls to third parties and do not use them in any way other than in connection with the use of Mobile applications as provided by this regulation.
- "Location" section: we gain access to your location in order to ensure the quality of service delivery. We do not share this information with third parties.
- "Recording to memory card" section: we can write to the phone memory card some technical temporary data (cache) related to your orders. We do not share this data with third parties and do not use it in any other way as to ensure the smooth functioning of the mobile application.

Exchange of information
We may share information we collect about you as described in this privacy statement or as described at the time of collection or exchange of information, including the following:
- With drivers so that they can provide the services you have ordered. For example, we provide your name as well as pick-up and/or drop-off location to drivers;
- With the general public, if you consent to an open forum such as blog comments, social media posts, or other features of our services viewed by the general public;
- Third parties with whom you allow us to share information, such as other applications or websites integrated with our API or Services, as well as applications or web-site with APls or whose Services we have integrated.
- State authorities: we transfer personal data to law enforcement, tax, fiscal and other competent authorities to the extent required by the current legislation of Ukraine or if it is necessary to prevent, detect or suppress criminal acts and fraud. In addition, we may need to transfer personal data to the competent authorities to protect our rights or property.

How do we protect your personal information?
According to the law of Ukraine on information security in information and telecommunication systems, we adhere to appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal data and its misuse.
We apply the appropriate corporate systems and follow certain procedures to protect and safeguard the personal data provided to us. We also use security measures and technical and physical restrictions for the use of and access to personal data on our servers. Only employees who have special rights and permissions have the right to access personal data in the performance of their duties.

How can you control the personal data you have provided to us?
You always have the right to view your personal data that we store. You can request to view your personal information by sending us an email to: cleverlogengine@gmail.com. Indicate in the subject line "Request for personal data" to speed up the process.
You may also contact us if you believe that we have incorrect Information about you, that we no longer have the right to use your personal data, or if you have other questions about the use of your personal data or about this Privacy Statement. We will process your request in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

Cookie
A cookie is a small piece of data that is sent to the browser on your computer or mobile device. The cookies that belong to the Portal or Mobile application are basic. Cookies that we allow other organizations to send through the Portal are referred to as "additional cookies."
They also distinguish between session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies aer valid until you close the browser or Mobile application. Persistent cookies, which last longer, are not automatically deleted when you close your browser.
Cookies are used for a variety of purposes. They help to recognize you as the same user on different pages of the site, different sites or when using the Mobile application.
Our Portal and Mobile applications use cookies for various purposes:
Technical cookies: we want our customers to be able to use modern, convenients websites and applications that automatically adapt to their needs. We use technical cookies to ensure that our Portal site displays and works correctly without errors, and that you can create an account, log in and manage your orders. Technical cookies are necessary to enable the Portal to function correctly.
Functional cookies: they are necessary in order to remember your preferences and to help you use our Portal and applications effectively. We may use them to remember your details and to deprive you of the need to manually enter your user number and password each time. Functional cookies are not required for the operation of our website, but they make the Portal and the Mobile application more functional and convenient to use.
Analytical cookies: these cookies are necessary to find out how visitors use the Portal or the Mobile application. We can understand how well various functions work, optimize the site and applications, analyze advertising and communications.
